Gabe Rothwell approaches design from a unique vantage point. A graduate in the inaugural class of Delaware College of Art and Design, and graduate of Pratt Institute with Highest Honors, he has a solid foundation of aesthetic training. Gabe spent the 10 years after college teaching Art, Photography and Sculpture in a variety of settings, Kuumba Academy, Tower Hill School, DCAD, and the Marshall Bridge Welding Workshop. In 2007 Gabe was awarded an Emerging Artist Fellowship by the Delaware Division of the Arts, for his work with pinhole photography. His photography has been featured in exhibitions in New York, Philadelphia and Delaware.
Gabe is particularly interested in the collaborative creative process. Working to design a space that is functional, aesthetically pleasing, and meets the needs of a client, is a dynamic and energetic exchange.
