Catherine Hodgins
As owner and principal designer of Kitchens by Design, Cathi Hodgins infuses all of her projects with talent, enthusiasm and flair cultivated from 24 years of experience. A Cum Laude graduate of the University of Delaware with a Bachelor of Science degree in Interior Design, Cathi has also studied design in Paris, Milan, and at the Philadelphia College of Fine Arts. She was chosen as a grant recipient by the Delaware Foundation and honored as a woman of promise by the university. Cathi stays abreast of design trends by traveling to Europe and Asia, and regularly attends kitchen and bath industry shows in the United States and Italy. She has designed kitchens for clients across the United States and abroad; from Santa Fe, New Mexico to London, England.
Cathi's projects and achievements have been featured in several publications, including Delaware Today, Philadelphia Home and Garden, Traditional Style Kitchens, The Business Ledger, and Custom Kitchens magazine. A respected professional and award-winning designer, Cathi was featured in HGTV's "Mission: Organization," two episodes of "Kitchen Trends," and she has also provided design consultation to DuPont, offering aesthetic direction in the marketing and development of Zodiaq quartz surfacing material.
In her spare time, Cathi indulges her interest in the arts. She also serves as a Christiana Care trustee.

Dina Costanzo
Dina has been with Kitchens by Design for seven years, beginning her design career as an assistant to owner Cathi Hodgins. She has undergone extensive product training hosted by our cabinetry lines. Dina now independently coordinates design projects, and is dedicated to preserving the client's vision for the project as she competently guides them through the design and remodeling process. Dina's goal is to make the experience of planning a new kitchen as enjoyable, efficient and stress-free as possible!
Mary Skurecki
Mary is a graduate of Indiana University of Pennsylvania, accredited by NASAD (the National Association of Schools of Art and Design), and has a Bachelor of Science degree in Interior Design. She takes pride in continuing her education by staying on top of new industry trends, participating in extensive product training and attending professional trade shows.
With over eight years experience specializing in the kitchen and bath industry, Mary’s portfolio also includes designing wet bars, library systems, home offices, mud rooms and master bedroom closets. Her passion for design has only grown over the years and Mary is now working toward her certification as a CKD (Certified Kitchen Designer).
Tina Osier
Tina is a Magnum Cum Laude graduate of Delaware Technical and Community College with an Associates Degree in Interior Design. She has been working in the industry as a designer for over four years. She won Best of Delaware Today for outside spaces and placed second for water features at The Delaware Center for Horticulture. She enjoys working with clients to build their confidence in the design process and strives to exceed their expectations.
